How do frequencies impact on how super a food is?

Vibrational frequencies and biophotons are known by science to provide an indication of optimum health. Foods that vibrate at a higher frequency are known to have greater improvements on well-being than lower frequency foods (and drinks) – they are also known as High Frequency Foods or HFF’s.

Superfoods would be part of a high vibrational eating regime. The foods would be eaten live or in a form that preserves their living status as much as possible. Retention of this life may be found within foods that retain more light and therefore are less ‘energy dense’.
