🧬 SF1 YIN— Flavours & Favourites
🍋 SF1 — How to Use It (Flavours, Favourites & Simple Recipes)
SF1 is deliberately unflavoured (sweetened only with natural stevia).
Why?
Because we don’t want to “decide” your flavour — and we don’t want flavourings that interfere with fasting or sensitivity.
🧭 The Simple Rule
- SF1 YIN = your daily, calm, steady bottle
- SF1 YANG = your high-output / sweaty bottle
If you’re not sure: start with YIN. Use YANG on training, heat, or heavy-sweat days.
🥤 Mixing Basics (So It Tastes Right)
- Add the scoop to approx. 150ml of hot water so it fully dissolves – then add more water (hot or cold) – top up to 500ml or 1 litre.
- Use more water if you want it lighter
- Shake well (or stir) and give it 30 seconds to settle
Tip: If you’re new to minerals, start slightly weaker for 2–3 days, then build to your normal strength.
🍓 Flavour It Your Way (Favourite Combos)
We recommend whole-food flavouring — it keeps your system steadier than fruit juice.
- Lemon + pinch of zest (clean + classic)
- Lime + fresh mint (super refreshing)
- Frozen berries (blueberry / blackberry / raspberry)
- Cucumber + mint (spa-style)
- Ginger slice + lemon (warming + bright)
Try to avoid fruit juice as your main mixer — it can spike blood sugar for some people or feel less steady.
🔥 Hot or Cold?
- Cold: best for refreshment + training bottles
- Warm: great with lemon or herbal tea on cold days
Just don’t boil it.

🌀 Fasting-Friendly Note
SF1 is designed to support hydration during fasting windows (no sugar, no hidden stimulants).
If fasting is part of your rhythm, YIN is usually the gentler daily option.
Our 5 ml scoop allows you to vary the amount depending on your size, age, and activity.
If you have a medical condition, pregnancy, ED history, or you’re under 18, get guidance first.
